Brave New World

Well, it is definitely a new world and I am being brave to tackle this blog stuff...thanks to you techni-savvy and helpful, patient, understanding kidos. It's great and fun and here we go! Love to you all in one big world made not so big with all these connections, two states at the moment, two continents, three locations, four bodies and wonderful hearts, and well... for all the twelve (at least) wonderful days of Christmas we just shared. Looking forward to our transatlantic communication and as close as the phone/skype/web connections!

Wow! Ten years ago we dropped Dana off for summer missions and I was sad to not meet anyone she would be working with. I soon learned that I had a picture of a girl she had met at a college interview who would be serving with her and I thought "God is good to grant me that picture that will just have to do until I can visit!" Yesterday Tim and Kate were arriving on the field and twenty-four hours later we have pictures of their home and of Tim on the premises and have talked online with webcam and seen them where they are staying! What a big God we serve in a world not nearly so big and huge and far away as we might think. We are blessed with communication that narrows distance and brings us all together. Thank you God for reminding us of how close we can be in you, even closer than can imagine as nothing shall separate us....... Love you all!
